The noise from nearby bars can be unbearable during weekends!!! Shower facilities need improvements, with awkward controls and low showerheads!!! Room sizes can feel cramped with luggage.

The owner personally engaged with guests, offering tailored suggestions that truly enhanced my experience. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring fresh breads, a variety of hams, cheeses, and even vegan options that catered to everyone's needs.

Had a boss time here! The staff were dead sound, always there to help. The room was dead comfy with plenty of nice toiletries. Only downside was the limited breakfast choices, but fresh bread each morning was a nice touch! Would definitely stay again, la!

Perfect spot for exploring Valletta!

We stayed 4 nights and loved it! The vibe in Valletta is just amazing, and the hotel’s location made it easy to get around. Mark was super helpful with dinner recs. The room was comfy, but the bathroom could’ve used a little updating. No on-site dining, but there are plenty of eateries nearby.

The Barrister offers a fantastic stay in Valletta, being centrally located and within walking distance to all key sights. Mark, the owner, is remarkably enthusiastic and provided excellent recommendations, including a superb driver for a day in Gozo. The room was clean and comfortable, enhancing the overall experience. I would gladly return for another visit.

Street noise may be an issue on weekends.
